“For over 20 years, the Noble Family has focused exclusively on the development of retirement communities. Our mission was to improve the lives of people moving into retirement. The New age retirement communities we develop offer residents an idyllic lifestyle with amazing facilities set amongst beautiful green walkways, manicured open areas and well-tended gardens. Noble Ventures is part of The Noble Group of companies, est. 1980

Noble Ventures is the investment arm of the Noble Family. Created for direct investment, joint-ventures and to provide investment opportunities for investors to participate in the retirement development sector. Our mission is work with family offices, developers, mortgagees and direct land owners to re-develop existing land holding into New Age retirement ventures.

Projects include residential apartments, townhouses, land subdivision, building rehabilitation, strata sub- division and conversion of existing buildings, industrial land subdivision and development

In 1997, the group successfully ventured into retirement Lifestyle Communities establishing the brand, “Noble Lakeside Australia”.

The Noble Family have successfully developed a number of retirement developments, end to end, from a green field site stage through to completion.
